QPQ處理技術(shù),它是Quench-Polish-Quench的縮寫形式。是指將黑色金屬零件放入兩種性質(zhì)不同的鹽浴中,通過多種元素滲入金屬表面形成復(fù)合滲層,從而達(dá)到使零件表面改性的目的。它沒有經(jīng)過淬火,但達(dá)到了表面淬火的效果,因此國內(nèi)外稱之為QPQ。QPQ處理是一種復(fù)合處理技術(shù), 將熱處理與防腐蝕處理一次完成,處理溫度低,時(shí)間短,能同時(shí)提高零件表面硬度、耐磨性和抗蝕性,減少摩擦系數(shù),變形小,無公害。具有優(yōu)化加工工序,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,降低生產(chǎn)成本的優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到眾多廠家的認(rèn)可和贊譽(yù),像美國GE、GM公司、德國大眾、奔馳、日本豐田、本田等一些******的跨國公司,均大量采用。此技術(shù)被國內(nèi)外熱處理行業(yè)認(rèn)為是金屬表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的巨大進(jìn)展,把它稱之為一種冶金學(xué)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)革命性新技術(shù)。
QPQ treatment technology, which is the short form of Quench-polish -Polish-Quench. It means to put theblack metal parts into two kinds of salt bath with different properties, through various elements infiltration intothe metal surface to form composite infiltration layer, so as to achieve the purpose of surface modification ofthe parts. It has not been hardened, but the effect of surface quenching, so it is called QPQ at home andabroad. QPQ treatment is a kind of compound treatment technology. Heat treatment and anti-corrosiontreatment are completed at one time with low temperature and short time.
